Dieter is a high performance coach and is a part owner of the Cooper Park Tennis Centre. He has over 45 years of coaching experience and holds a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science (coaching major). He has served as a director and examiner of coaches for Tennis Coaches Australia and served on several boards such as Tennis Australia’s National Coach Advisory Group (NCAG), Fitness Industry Association, Australian College of Physical Education and is a life member of the Davis Cup Foundation.

He has coached tennis at NSW state level and has coached juniors who have won Australian junior championships. Dieter has served Australia as an Olympic Program director (1996 Atlanta Games) and was a senior consultant to IBMGSA for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

Dieter has been a key note speaker at major international sporting conferences, has provided his consultancy services to a range of national teams and international athletes. He has lectured in sports science and high performance coaching in a variety of tertiary institutions such as The University of New South Wales and The University of Sydney for over 25 years where he was the unit coordinator for management, marketing and the law for over 10 years.
